Meenoo Rami spent more than a decade teaching in Philadelphia public schools and nearly a decade working in technology. She brings both experiences to her talks about AI, education, and the changes facing schools.
Her goal is not to convince educators to embrace AI or to scare them away from it. It is to help people understand what is changing, think carefully about what matters, and make decisions that fit their students, schools, and communities.
Her talks are practical, research-informed, and grounded in what educators are actually dealing with right now.
She doesn’t come to dazzle audiences with predictions about the future. She comes to help them think more clearly about the present — and to leave the room feeling more capable, not more anxious.

This talk looks at the role educators play in deciding how AI enters classrooms and what should remain firmly human. Meenoo explores what teachers bring that technology cannot: judgment, relationships, context, creativity, and a deep knowledge of students. The talk asks educators to see themselves not as people reacting to technological change, but as people with an important role in shaping what comes next.
Making Sense of AI in Schools
AI arrived quickly, and many educators have been asked to figure it out while doing everything else their jobs require. This talk gives educators a practical way to think about AI in their own work and in teaching.
